Eleven

I said farewell in August.
Some thought I was leaving for good.
Some may have hoped I wouldn’t return.

But I’m back.
There is just one thing missing.

Internet.

God willing. This is the first and only FLB post I write on my phone. Shortly I’ll run out to buy a cable modem, and as long as Time Warner cooperates, I’ll be one step closer to normal life.

Home won’t feel like home until we get our stuff out of storage. But first things first. We must get the computers hooked back into the cloud.

Officially, my first act upon returning to the region was to stock the fridge and pantry with staples. With all of the new and glorious options available, I went to Price Chopper.

What can I say. It is imperfect to be sure, but it is ours.
